At ASFRnest Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services that meet and exceed your expectations. Due to the nature of our work—custom digital services like web development, design, software, and marketing—we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.


1. No Physical Returns

We do not offer returns on any of our services, as they are digital and custom-created for each client. However, we do offer revisions and support to ensure your satisfaction.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started.

  • A double payment was made in error.

  • The service delivered is completely different from what was agreed upon, and the issue cannot be resolved through revisions.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed services or delivered files.

  • Change of mind after the work has started.

  • Delays caused by lack of communication or incomplete information from the client.

  • Services delivered as per agreement but not used by the client.


4. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We encourage communication and collaboration. If you’re not satisfied with the service, we offer reasonable revisions based on your selected package to ensure the final result meets your expectations.


5. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a project:

  • Before the project has started: You may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding administrative or transaction fees).

  • After the project has started: No refund will be issued, but we may stop work and deliver whatever has been completed.
